If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

If there’s an issue, email us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

If the issue is approved, we’ll take care of it with a replacement or refund.

Please note:

  • We don’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or normal wear and tear.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, or incorrect. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
